Below is the info on the company that faxes your CV and resume to executive recruiters. Check their website www.SearchFAX.com. I strongly recommend these services. I like that they are very focused and give you access to hundreds of the right headhunters. As I told you, I am very skeptical about all the companies out there that want to take your money to "help with your job search". But this one works. And I say this from personal experience. I have talked to a dozen headhunters and have interviewed with four companies and may yet interview with few others. I expect 2-3 to make an offer. You may need to invest around $2000 but it's money well spent.

Most of all the other services I think are a rip-off. Particularly the so-called "career management services." They charge $5,000-8,000 for doing what I think you can do reasonably well. And do not have databases regardless of what they say.

One thing to remember, this is the best strategy for bucket #1: executive recruiters. You still have to work on the other buckets (internet and other want ads sources, direct contact, networking).
