Our research has eliminated those not appropriate for our clients. While we continually cross-reference recruiter and search firm information from many commercially available data sources, we have two sources that are unique to SearchFAX™. These sources are our clients and the recruiters themselves.
Our clients update the database literally on an hourly basis by informing us of the recruiters who are leading to offers, those recruiters who are not productive, and the few errors (less than four-tenths of a percent) that naturally occur over time. Our clients are our best source for updated information. We find more factual information with this intimate industry contact than any commercially available data.
The recruiters are also an excellent source for updates. We have an outstanding reputation for not wasting the recruiter’s time. Often they want to update the database in order to make certain that we save them time in providing the documents for those with a background of interest to them.
